I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered a hip pad for an upcoming surgery and they forgot to process the order for 10 days. After I sent an email requesting the tracking number I got a notification that the order was processed and shipped within a few hours (that indicates that they just forgot to do it before). Unfortunately that 10 day delay put in jeopardy receiving the pad in time for the surgery. I wanted to see if the shipping could be expedited but repeated calls and messages to the company went unreturned. I must have called 20 times, and not once did anyone ever answer the phone, so I assume they just don't have anyone answering phone calls. I will add that we did get lucky and the pad arrived the day before the surgery, otherwise I would have been in quite a pickle; it did add a lot of stress. I will likely not order from this company again.

Honestly such a great experience. I reached out online and they scheduled a call with a physiotherapist to help me pick a few different items based on my particular concerns. The prices were more competitive than my local stores, and the shipment arrived quickly after we sorted everything out. They were also very helpful and made sure that the receipt had all the information I needed to claim it through my insurance.I will definitely be a return customer!
I had questions about the product that I wanted to buy (a foam half round.) The staff person was very knowledgable and I was able to determine that they carried what I wanted. The parcel arrived quickly as well. The half round is perfect. I had a bad experience in the past buying one that was too hard and I was not able to return it.
