Breg warrants to the first buyer who is the original end-user of the Product) that the Product shall be free of material defects resulting from inferior materials or poor workmanship for a period of 1 year of factual use.
If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as any serial numbers (SN) on the product label to [email protected]. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.
CloseReturned items must be in excellent and/or unused condition for full product credit. Use extra caution when packing for returns to avoid damage. Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for products with markings, stickers or torn pages. If the original packaging or instructions are missing or damaged, or if the items are not in ‘like new’ condition, packed in a secondary box, a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your refund.

The Breg Freestyle OA Knee Brace is designed to take the pressure off (unloading the joint) the medial or lateral compartment of the knee for patients with mild to moderate osteoarthritis (OA).
The knee has 2 compartments, the inside (medial) compartment and the outside (lateral) compartment. Most of the time, when you get osteoarthritis of the knee, you wear down one compartment more than the other. In a majority of the cases, the inside of the knee wears down more, leading to a bowlegged appearance of the knee in extreme cases (medial compartment OA). Other times, the outside (lateral) compartment of the knee wears down leading to a knocked knee appearance of the knee (lateral compartment OA).
The Breg Freestyle OA brace is designed to take the pressure off the compartment that is more severely worn down. For this knee brace to be fully effective, It is important to figure out which knee compartment (medial or lateral) is worn down more before deciding which Freestyle OA Knee brace is right for you.
