    AFTER TWO CHILDBIRTHS

    I purchased mine to better target muscles during kegel exercises; following a hysterectomy. Perifit delivered an incredibly well made device which works well to strengthen pelvic floor muscles.

    I love perifit’s manual mode for verifying sensors operation while allowing way to gauge proper insertion and use prior to running game options which are designed for specific incontinence issues.

    EASY PELVIC STRENGTH SOLUTION FOR ACTIVE AND BUSY NEW MOMS!
    After the birth of my daughter, building strength and getting back to my fitness level was a key priority for me. However, getting my core strength back was much harder than I thought! I was always active and considered myself as a pretty good athlete. After giving birth, I cringed at seeing double under as part of my workout because I would always dribble during the jumps! Yes, peeing in my pants during a work out was incredibly embarrassing! I also did not have time to supplement my workout with a separate core focused workout- I am a working mom trying to balance work, family and my health. Perifit solved the issue for me. I can use it at any hour, and following the games/targets in the app made it super easy to get my pelvic floor exercise on and focus on specific pelvic floor muscles! I love the way it looks. After a month, I no longer had peeing issues during double under! I also felt noticeably stable and strong when weight lifting. While I don’t generally write reviews and talking about peeing in my pants is very embarrassing, I am sure a lot of women experience the same issues and thought it is important to share!

    THE GYM FOR YOUR PELVIC FLOOR!
    I spent 6 months last year working with a pelvic floor therapist. I never realized that such a weakness existed, let alone could cause so many problems including urinary incontinence and loss of sexual stimulation. Whether hereditary or not it can be reversed.
    After completing my rehab I continued to do my exercises but, because there was no way of measuring my strength areas and weak areas like in the office I wondered if I was doing them correctly and often enough.
    Found Perifit on Facebook and after reading the fabulous reviews I decided to give it a try!
    Wow! I have the results right on my phone. The exercises are fun and keep me motivated. Perifit is very comfortable too! It also gives me confidence that I’m doing the best I can for my body.
    I recently visited my gynecologist and she was impressed with my results! She commented that not enough of her patients take this seriously and sadly go through their life with effects of a weak pelvic floor, some eventually need surgery. This is the answer! It’s accurate, you can do it in the privacy of your own home on your schedule! In other countries, there are classes immediately after you have a baby to help get you back in shape. I think it is overlooked here. I’m 60 years old and wish Perifit was around and talked about when I had my child 25 years ago! YOU WON’T BE SORRY!

    PERIFIT MAKES ME FEEL SEXY AGAIN
    No issue! Just a quick note to express how awesome this little trainer is! I have been married for 15 years and have three children. It is easy to say that after the birth of my children I have been insecure about the muscle strength of the pelvic floor during sex. My husband would never say anything negative about my vajj for fear of being cut off! lol! But I know it has grown weaker by the year because when I cough or sneeze I “tinkle” a little which is good indication. I work out and keep a good body but have never been able to work out this much needed area on my body! Because of Perifit, I am gaining confidence in my performance in bed and that confidence makes me feel sexy again! My husband doesn’t know what happened but let’s just say he’s super happy these days! Thank you so much for having the smart idea and for being brave enough to launch this little device!     PERIFIT WORKS VERY WELL
    The probe works very well, even if it took me several days to find the right position so that the legs do not interfere because it is sensitive. I really like the functionalities: graphs of results, pelvic floor test to help us to better choose our level and the type of exercise, and different games.

    A REVOLUTION IN WOMEN’S HEALTH
    I got stress incontinence after childbirth, and have tried everything from traditional Kegel exercises and vaginal weights to Vagiflex, in hope of recovering my pelvic floor muscles. This was to no avail, mostly because I could not keep my motivation up. I did not know if I was doing it right, and I did not know if I was making progress. Perifit is, in my opinion, a revolution in women’s health, and I am grateful to the Perifit-team for developing such an advanced – and fun – pelvic floor exerciser for women. I have an Iphone. The only thing I did when the perifit arrived, was to download the app, activate bluetooth and switch on the vaginal probe. Perifit is so simple to use. It is amazing that the direct response to my muscle activity immediately causes action in the game. I literally play games with my vagina;), and at the same time I get a dynamic exercise plan with both muscular contraction and relaxation. The game has different levels to choose from, and different programs for stress or urge incontinence amongst others. Now exercising my pelvic floor muscles is fun, and seeing results both on screen and -most important- in real life motivates me to keep up.

    IT WORKS
    This is the third Kegel exerciser I bought. So far, this is the best. The Bluetooth connection is reliable and it seems to work effectively. The only thing I don’t like about Perifit is that you need to be completely focused on the workout while using it, you can not multi-task. I would like to do my workout while driving for instance.     NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT
    My PT talked to me about Perifit and I have just tried it for the first time. It was effective and easy. I hope that I will get permanent results very soon, and I will change this review in a few weeks if I find something displeasing about using this device.     GREAT HELPS WITH KEGELS!
    Perifit is fantastic for strengthening pelvic floor. I can see if I am properly doing my kegels. I have done it wrong for a long time, my incontinence is now improved.
