The Breg Polar Care Kodiak Cold Therapy System is the most popular system in the Breg line up.  Similar to the Cube in size and shape but has the ability to be used anywhere (with the optional battery pack).  The Kodiak pads are more sophisticated, having a flow restrictor built in allowing the pads to run at different temperature based on the joint site.  For example,  the shoulder pad would run a bit cooler then the ankle pad due to that fact that the shoulder has much more soft tissue to penetrate than the ankle.
