The Breg Intelli-Flo Shoulder Pad is designed for use with the Polar Care Kodiak Machine ensuring convenient temperature control tailored to the shoulder, ensuring a steady supply of cold therapy.
With an ergonomic design, these pads offer excellent coverage, static compression, and patient comfort. It’s important to note that Intelli-Flo Pads are exclusively compatible with the Polar Care Kodiak unit. Comes in 2 sizes for a perfect fit.
Note: The use of Intelli-Flo Pads is restricted to the Polar Care Kodiak unit only.
Breg warrants to the first buyer who is the original end-user of the Product) that the Product shall be free of material defects resulting from inferior materials or poor workmanship for a period of 6 months of factual use.
If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as any serial numbers (SN) on the product label to [email protected]. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.
CloseReturned items MUST still be new and unopened (security seal not broken, bag not opened) for a full product credit.
Use extra caution when packing for returns to avoid damage. Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for products that have been used or opened (seal broken). If the item has been determined to be used or opened, the item will not be accepted back for return, and you will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to return the item back to you. If we do not hear back regarding returning the product back to you within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item on your behalf.

Warning: An insulation barrier must be applied between the Intelli-Flo Pads and the patient’s skin. You can use a terry cloth towel or the Breg Intelli-Flo Sterile Polar Dressings which are specifically designed to use with the Intelli-flo pads. In general, the regular size Shoulder Pad should be used for individuals who are 225 lbs or less and the XLarge Shoulder pad should be used for individuals who are 226 lbs or more.

The Insulating pad is not included with the purchase. You can use a towel/shirt under the pad or purchase the sterile insulating pad separately.
Our sizing chart is a guideline for determining the size for your brace. If the brace does not fit correctly, we offer free shipping on exchanges for a different size.
