The Breg Polar Care Wave cold therapy machine is a motorized unit that combines cold therapy and compression. It is contained within a straightforward, quiet, and compact device. Optional anatomic pads, including knee, hip, shoulder, ankle, universal, and back pads are available to purchase separately. Add an optional Y-Adapter to use 2 pads at the same time.
The Breg Polar Care Wave is intended to treat post-surgical and acute injuries to reduce inflammation, edema, swelling, and pain where cold and compression are indicated. This machine can deliver continuous compression and cold therapy for a duration of up to 6 -8 hours before requiring the addition of more ice.

Breg warrants to the first buyer who is the original end-user of the Product) that the Product shall be free of material defects resulting from inferior materials or poor workmanship for a period of 3 months of factual use.
If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as any serial numbers (SN) on the product label to [email protected]. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.
CloseReturned items MUST still be new and unopened (security seal not broken, bag not opened) for a full product credit.
Use extra caution when packing for returns to avoid damage. Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for products that have been used or opened (seal broken). If the item has been determined to be used or opened, the item will not be accepted back for return, and you will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to return the item back to you. If we do not hear back regarding returning the product back to you within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item on your behalf.

The pads can be acquired individually or as part of a comprehensive system. Additionally, there is an option to purchase a Y adaptor accessory, enabling the simultaneous use of two pads.
The system is easily transported from the hospital, physical therapy clinic, or athletic training room to the patient’s home, extending the benefits of cold and compression.
This is the highest-end cold therapy and compression machine on the market in its price category. A comparable system is Gameready. Gameready is a great device but nearly 10x the cost. The Breg Polar Care Wave cold therapy and compression system delivers great value for the clinical benefit.
If you are a patient having bilateral total knee arthroplasty, consider a y-connector and a second knee pad so you can ice both knees at the same time.
Warranty: Manufacturers warranty is 6 months on the cooler and pads.
