We review all prescriptions before shipping your purchase out. If the prescription has any issues, we will contact you to clarify the issue.

Breg’s Warranty Guarantees the Slingshot Shoulder Sling For 3 Months.

Breg warrants to the first buyer who is the original end-user of the Product) that the Product shall be free of material defects resulting from inferior materials or poor workmanship for a period of 3 months of factual use.

If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.

Please send photos of the defect as well as any serial numbers (SN) on the product label to [email protected]. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

Return Policy

Limited 5 day Return Policy from Date of Arrival!

Returned items MUST still be new and unopened (security seal not broken, bag not opened) for a full product credit.

Use extra caution when packing for returns to avoid damage. Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for products that have been used or opened (seal broken). If the item has been determined to be used or opened, the item will not be accepted back for return, and you will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to return the item back to you. If we do not hear back regarding returning the product back to you within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item on your behalf.

All orders shipped outside of Canada are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
