The Breg Wave / VPulse Cold Therapy Knee Pad is designed to be used with either the Wave or VPulse Cold Therapy and Compression Unit. These pads can be directly put on the skin and do not require a underlayer. These pads provide continuous cold therapy and compression of the knee joint. Great for using after knee surgery such as after a total knee replacement.
Using the optional Y-Adaptor, you can use 2 pads to work on different body parts at the same time (both knees). These machines improve range of movement, reduce blood loss, reduce swelling and inflammation and reduces pain.

- A general description of the item and the quantity. It must be for the item you are purchasing tax-free.
We review all prescriptions before shipping your purchase out. If the prescription has any issues, we will contact you to clarify the issue.

Breg’s Warranty Guarantees their Polar Care Vpulse/Wave Cold Therapy Systems For 3 Months.
Breg warrants to the first buyer who is the original end-user of the Product) that the Product shall be free of material defects resulting from inferior materials or poor workmanship for a period of 3 months of factual use.
If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as any serial numbers (SN) on the product label to [email protected]. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

Returned items MUST still be new and unopened (security seal not broken, bag not opened) for a full product credit.
Use extra caution when packing for returns to avoid damage. Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for products that have been used or opened (seal broken). If the item has been determined to be used or opened, the item will not be accepted back for return, and you will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to return the item back to you. If we do not hear back regarding returning the product back to you within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item on your behalf.

VPulse Cryotherapy and compression helps patients achieve complete, comfortable recoveries through delivery of three distinct therapies:
- Motorized cold therapy to help reduce operative site swelling, discomfort and inflammation.
- Wound compression to further help reduce operative site inflammation
- Rapid impulse calf compression to help prevent Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) – optional.

- Knee Pad (Small/Medium): 13″ L x 16″ W (11″ Strap)
- Knee Pad (Large/XLarge) – to be used for individuals with a thigh circumference (6″ or 15 cm above mid knee cap) over 23 inches): 17.5″ L x 16″ W (14″Strap)

This compression pad would have been a 5 but as it turned out The recommended size is most definitely to small. If it’s too small as mine is the straps tend to dig into my leg when it’s in the compression mode. So unless I buy another pad I can’t use the compression on low or high
