This massager was a gift for someone who lives with chronic pain. It has been a hit, used almost every day and several people who visited over the holidays received demonstrations as well. This is one of the best massagers that I have found. Took a while to explore all the different ways it could be held (it is a bit cumbersome) and the levels of intensity but with practice, it has found the mark.
