The DonJoy A22 custom knee brace has a limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear during the usage of a product is not considered a defect.
Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
