Features and Benefits
- Reverse shoulder straps:
allow adjustable tension via fixable hook-and-loop strap tabs to pull the shoulders back and straighten the back, thereby aiding correction of kyphotic posture
- Semi-rigid aluminum dorsal frame:
can be molded to fit the individual curvature of the back to provide support and aid active relief of the thoracic spine
- Adjustable lumbar belt:
uses accessible finger pockets and strap tabs to provide adjustable support for the spine
- Modular design:
This allows 15 combinations of lumbar belt and dorsal frame sizes to accommodate spine lengths from C7-S1 as well as a wide range of waist circumferences.
- Visual fitting dots:
Clear, color-coded 1-2-3 dot symbols guide you through the 3-step-application of the brace.
- Crocodile strap closures:
These allow customization of strap length and position for a convenient individualized fit.
- Carbon yarn fabric:
Woven into the fabric, the carbon yarn confers monoelasticity, making the fabric elastic in one direction while remaining supportive in the other.
This helps provide both an anatomical fit and support for the spine.
Note: We can custom order different variations of the Lumbar Frame and the Dorsal Frame if you do not fit within the measurements below.

The service was great… staff so helpful. But unfortunately the brace wasn’t for me. The rigid back on the brace did not conform to my back enough to provide the support I needed as there was a big gap between my lower back and the brace. And when I cinched up the brace around my hips, the brace constantly slid up to my narrower waist, causing the boning in the brace to dig into my ribs. I had to keep pulling it down. Another issue was that the shoulder straps would not lay flat. The edges of the straps would pinch together and then dig into my shoulders.
