Credit cannot be issued for products that have been used or opened (seal broken). If the item has been determined to be used or opened, the item will not be accepted back for return, and you will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to return the item back to you. If we do not hear back regarding returning the product back to you within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item on your behalf.

The Elasto-Gel Cervical Collar is a hot or cold pack designed to provide moist heat therapy or soothing cold therapy for relief of various muscular and joint aches and pains.
The Elasto-Gel Hot/Cold Cervical Collar Wrap is designed to allow a custom fit. This product is very comfortable and will retain its temperature for up to 20-25 minutes . This is the recommended maximum amount of time you would want to put heat or ice on for.
It uses a Velcro closures for easy positioning. It may be heated or cooled continuously. It will always stay soft and flexible. You can heat this product in a microwave and cool in a freezer. No need to wrap towels around this product before placing on the skin. You can directly put on your skin, Velcro and position around your neck while continuing to perform your daily activities.
The Elasto-Gel Cervical Collar is a high end hot or cold pack that will last forever. This is the product of choice for hospitals, physiotherapy and chiropractor clinics.
