Returned items MUST still be new and unopened (security seal not broken, bag not opened) for a full product credit.
Use extra caution when packing for returns to avoid damage. Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for products that have been used or opened (seal broken). If the item has been determined to be used or opened, the item will not be accepted back for return, and you will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to return the item back to you. If we do not hear back regarding returning the product back to you within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item on your behalf.

The product has a wide and narrow side in the design and can be rotated to fit desired need. In addition, users have reported this product as excellent therapy around the elbow.
The product is the perfect therapy tool to use for both moist heat and therapeutic ice for your wrist, hand, or elbow.
The wrap is specially designed to fit either your right or left wrist. The hook and loop fasteners provide firm compression during use.
