The Knee Glide was created by Bob & Brad after they saw a need for a home therapy exercise product that helps people rehab from knee or shoulder surgery or injury. The Knee Glide is an easy-to-use tool for rehabilitation of both the lower and upper extremities at home or in the clinic.
Simply place the foot or hand on the plate for easy movement back and forth along the track. The device slides smoothly and securely, allowing for low-impact exercise.
Minimal strength is required to move the Knee Glide, making it ideal for anyone recovering from knee replacement or surgeries (ACL, PCL), hip replacement or fracture, shoulder replacement or surgeries (rotator cuff, etc.) or stroke. It is also safe for those with arthritis or risk of falling, since exercises can be performed in a seated or supine position.

A must-have item after a total knee replacement, along with the Don Joy Iceman Clear 3, a leg lifter strap and a rollator.

The knee glide is very helpful in increasing my range of motion. This knee glide, along with exercises I’m learning from Bob and Brad (The Most Famous Physical Therapists on the Internet) are helping a lot. I have been told I have “end stage arthritis” in my knees, and I’m trying to avoid a knee replacement. With therapy, I might be able to do it. Feeling hopeful…

Best price, quick delivery. Easy to use.
Just had knee replacement surgery and excellent for assisting with flexing knee joint and muscle rehabilitation.

This appears to be a very useful tool for rehab after a knee replacement. The knee replacement was done only 10 days ago so it is very early in the recovery stage and has been used every day

Order arrived promptly and in excellent condition. This Knee Glide is very effective for improving my knee bend and at a much better price point than the standard wooden glide. Highly satisfied with my purchase.

Love it. Seeing as I got it just before the holidays I had difficulty making it part of my daily routine. Now I am ready to use it consistently.

I had my knee replaced March 11, the day Covid-19 was declared a pandemic. Consequently, all physiotherapy was cancelled, and I had to do my rehab at home. This device helped me immensely, and is about half the price of the wooden version that are used in the hospital. For me, bending the knee was way more difficult than straightening it, and using this every day really helped me get past the 90 degree mark. Great purchase, plus Bill at the Physiotherapy Store was very helpful on the phone. Thanks!!

This knee glide has assisted me in breaking the excessive scar tissue I have developed. As Covid19 eliminated a MUA being performed. Thank you for this great tool helping me in my recovery of knee movement.

I am enjoying the knee glide and stretch out strap. At now nearly two years after my TKR, I have lost some of my flexion and I only achieved slightly over 90 degrees in the first place. But no more pain or fear of my knee giving out. So I use this mostly when I am sitting on the couch reading or watching TV. I grab the strap and work our my knee on the knee glide. I hardly feel I am exercising as it has become part of my routine now. Both really work well.

This little device really helps motive you in doing you excercise after TKR.
I am having trouble with getting the full range of motion and with this device, I can gauge if I’m making any progress (which I am). When I go to do my physio, my therapist use something similar and I’m grateful that I was able to acquire this device and continue to do it at home.
Thank you for making this device available for someone like me that’s having difficult with range of motion.

At first I hesitated to purchase due to the price (factoring in shipping costs as well)… but I’m so glad I bought this device! It has made my recovery from total knee replacement more comfortable and effective. I have exceeded my physiotherapist’s goals so far for range of motion recovery. I would recommend this to others having total knee replacement surgery.

Purchased to help with second knee replacement. Glide makes exercise much easier and smoother. Just over 4 week recovery at 115 bend on left leg. Way better than right leg for same time. Thank you Brad and Bob.
Sharon Costello –
I received my Knee Glide in a timely matter. I want it to help me maintain range of motion in both knees while I wait for replacements and though I have considerable pain I find I can move them further with the knee glide. I think it will be invaluable post surgery to help ease of movement. At the beginning when it will be difficult to lift my leg, this will be a big help. I will be following your exercise programs on YouTube. Thank you.
Willie Ongpin –
Found it very helpful in flexing my operated knee to a certain degree especially during the first week. Tried using it more often despite cries of pain when pulling backwards. Still believe in the saying “No Pain, No Gain”. Should have bought the double knee glider but didn’t have time prior to my TKR. Sturdy design that will last for years just don’t step on it.

Wow! What a revalation
4 weeks after Meniscus Surgery., 62 year old male, Now have almost complete range of motion. Used knee glide at work so that I could work on my knee while still being productive. The handle really made a difference. Putting it up towards the back really worked my hamstrings Putting it up in the forward position made it so I would’ not hit my desk drawer. Excellent tool for the price. Get one for your knee rehab.

I have been using the Knee Glide for the past few weeks. It is very light weight which makes it easy to carry to the patient’s rooms. Have used with a large variety of patients (TKA, THA, and even stroke). Glides well and is easy to use.

Our staff has been using The Knee Glide with our orthopedic patients- mostly Knee Replacement but also some Hip Replacement (especially when nonweight bearing). It has worked very well.
