LoRox Aligned Domes are ideal for performing exercises to help achieve alignment and balance throughout the body and for massaging tight muscles.
Sold as a set of two, the Aligned Domes can be used as a prop while performing a variety of balance movements, using the dome side up or down to modify the level of challenge. One side is pebbled to stimulate the nerves and help increase blood circulation, and the other side features a smooth, even bottom for greater stability.
The Aligned Domes can also be used to perform self-massage to help calm the nervous system, promote blood flow, and flush the lymphatic system by rolling the body part you want to target over the domes for a rejuvenating sensory experience.
