Developed by fascia and alignment expert Lauren Roxburgh, the Aligned Roller is designed to elongate muscles, tone the body and provide regenerative massage.
It features a moderate density made from durable EVA foam; perfect for improving blood circulation throughout fascia, skin, muscles and joints.
The roller’s most unique feature is its raised, circular bumps that aid in lymphatic drainage and decreasing inflammation.

This roller is roughly 30x10cm, medium density, and is of the same material as its longer equivalent. It’s very small, light, and portable, and fits neatly in a luggage (even carry-on). I use it to roll specific parts of the body after long trips, but it’s not too convenient for much else. If you only had to buy one roller, I would recommend the full length.

Awesome roller!
This roller is the best I’ve ever used – it is the perfect firmness so it’s not as painful as some rollers. I keep the small travel roller at work to work out the kinks during the day and the larger one at home for more of a full work out. Great product and definitely has helped sort out some persistent back/shoulder issues.
