Returned items must be in excellent and/or unused condition for full product credit. Use extra caution when packing for returns to avoid damage. Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for products with markings, stickers or torn pages. If the original packaging or instructions are missing or damaged, or if the items are not in ‘like new’ condition, packed in a secondary box, a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your refund.

This universal thumb brace was quite uncomfortable and I’ve tried twice to get an RMA for it, with no response from Physiotherapy room when I sent an email, or when I filled out and sent the RMA request form on the site. The brace may may work well for someone else, but it didn’t work for me, and I’m upset that the RMA window on it expired 2 days after the invoice date – in other words, the RMA window expired before I received the product.
As far as product quality goes, I would have given it a 4 star rating, but given the lack of follow through on customer service, I’m out $31 for a product that’s return window expired before the product arrived.
