• A general description of the item and the quantity. It must be for the item you are purchasing tax-free.

We review all prescriptions before shipping your purchase out. If the prescription has any issues, we will contact you to clarify the issue.

OPED’s Warranty Guarantees their Walking Boot Accessories For 12 weeks.

OPED warrants to the first buyer who is the original end-user of the Product) that the Product shall be free of material defects resulting from inferior materials or poor workmanship for a period of twelve (12) weeks of factual use.

 If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.

Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to [email protected]. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
