VACOped Short Achilles Walking Boot is the shorter and lighter version of VACOped Achilles Boot. Thanks to the integrated VACO12 technology, the orthosis adapts perfectly to the foot and ankle. VACOped Short allows not only immobilization of the ankle, but also a defined range of motion (ROM) from 15° of dorsal extension to 20° of plantar flexion.
Note on treating Achilles tendon injuries in the equinus (plantar flexed) position: With a fixed angle setting between + 15° and +20°, please use the OPED Wedge Sole. The wedge sole needs to be ordered separately.
