All OPTP products are fully guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of arrival. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to [email protected]. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.
CloseReturned items must be in excellent and/or unused condition for full product credit. Use extra caution when packing for returns to avoid damage. Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for products with markings, stickers or torn pages. If the original packaging or instructions are missing or damaged, or if the items are not in ‘like new’ condition, packed in a secondary box, a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your refund.

Finally, a posture support that doesn’t cut into the arms or irritate the skin. This can be worn by men or women to help reduce poor postural habits, promoting awareness of spinal posture and assisting in retraction of the shoulders. The Posture Supporter can help keep your shoulders retracted, taking the pressure off injured rotator cuff muscles.
It can be worn over underwear and discreetly underneath clothes to fit firmly on the body. It features padded sleeves that prevent rubbing under the arm and is made from soft, non-irritating monofilament elastic to ensure all-day comfort.
Washing instructions: Fasten hook-and-loop closure. Hand wash only with mild soap and warm water. Do not bleach. Dry flat out of direct light. Do not iron.
This product is latex-free.
Due to hygienic reasons, the OPTP Posture Supporter is non-returnable.

Too much give in the elastic. I had to adjust the Velcro at the chest at least 6 inches past the allotted spot to feel the slightest change in my posture

This product has helped me eliminate my tendency to slouch…especially when sitting at my desk at work. It keeps my shoulders and head back like they’re supposed to be, and I definitely feel the difference that better posture and spine alignment has had – I’m having less back pain/stiffness and I even feel more relaxed and refreshed during work. I’ve worn a couple other types of these products before but they were always itchy, hot or abrasive after wearing for a while. This one stays comfortable the entire time it’s on.
