All McKenzie products are fully guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of arrival. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to [email protected]. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.
CloseReturned items MUST still be new and unopened (security seal not broken, bag not opened) for a full product credit.
Use extra caution when packing for returns to avoid damage. Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for products that have been used or opened (seal broken). If the item has been determined to be used or opened, the item will not be accepted back for return, and you will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to return the item back to you. If we do not hear back regarding returning the product back to you within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item on your behalf.

The Original McKenzie® AirBack easily adjusts from minimal to firm. The Airback is an inflatable lumbar roll, ideal for commuters and travellers, and for use at the theatre, sporting events, travelling, movies or restaurants. It is especially useful for air travel where the lumbar support in seating is in general wholly inadequate for long-distance travel.
The deflated roll can be folded flat, taking up minimal space in your bag, and is the mobile essential if you wish to remain pain-free.
For individuals with back and neck pain, the prospect of travel can be daunting. the McKenzie AirBack offers convenient short-term support that folds easily to the size of a wallet and deflates in seconds.
