Size	Malleolus Circumference (measure ankle 2cm above malleolus)
1 (X-Small)	less than 19 cm
2 (Small)	19 – 20 cm
3 (Medium)	20 – 23 cm
4 (Large)	23 – 25 cm
5 (X-Large)	more than 25 cm

Measurement: Measure the circumference 2 cm above the malleolus (ankle bone) as per the diagram in centimeters.   If you are at the top of one sizing group, we recommend you select the next sizing up.
