• Your name and address. The name on the invoice must match the name on the prescription.
• A general description of the item and the quantity. It must be for the item you are purchasing tax-free.

We review all prescriptions before shipping your purchase out. If the prescription has any issues, we will contact you to clarify the issue.

Manufacturer Warranty

Ossur’s Warranty Guarantees their Cold Therapy Machines for 6 months & the Cold Rush Pads for 30 days.

Össur warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not apply if this product:

1. was not purchased from Össur or its authorized dealer;
2. has been altered in any way; or
3. has not been used in accordance with Össur’s Instructions for Use (IFU).

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, accidents, neglect, misuse, or operation beyond capacity, parts damaged by improper installation, substitution or parts not approved by Össur, or any other alteration or repair by others that, in Össur’s judgment, materially or adversely affects the product or part.

The duration of this Limited Warranty varies by product but is effective from the date of delivery to the purchaser. Össur’s sole obligation under this Limited Warranty is to either repair or replace the product at no charge, or to credit purchaser’s account for the value of the defective product at Össur’s sole discretion. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.

Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to [email protected]. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

Return Policy

Limited 30 day Return Policy from Date of Arrival!

Returned items MUST still be new and unopened (security seal not broken, bag not opened) for a full product credit.

Use extra caution when packing for returns to avoid damage. Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for products that have been used or opened (seal broken). If the item has been determined to be used or opened, the item will not be accepted back for return, and you will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to return the item back to you. If we do not hear back regarding returning the product back to you within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item on your behalf.

All orders shipped outside of Canada are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
