Ossur’s Warranty – Custom Knee Braces

Össur warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Frame & hinges: lifetime of the original patient

Soft goods (liners and straps): 6 months from purchase date

All Össur products are warranted for any defects in materials and/or workmanship.  Please contact Ossur’s Customer Service Department at 1-800-663-5982 if you have any questions.

The duration of this Limited Warranty varies by product but is effective from the date of delivery to the purchaser. Össur’s sole obligation under this Limited Warranty is to either repair or replace the product at no charge, or to credit purchaser’s account for the value of the defective product at Össur’s sole discretion. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
