Recommended Usage

Using the Body Massage Gun on a low setting (level 1 – 3) with deep pressure is used for recovery to decrease muscle tone and aid in relaxation.

Using the Body Massage Gun on a low setting (level 1 – 3) with light pressure will decrease sympathetic activity and improve flexibility.

Using the Body Massage Gun on a high setting (level 4 – 6) with deep pressure can inhibit pain signals, break down scar tissue, and help improve Range Of Motion.

Using the Body Massage Gun on a high setting (level 4 – 6) with light pressure will increase proprioception and sympathetic activity.
