Introducing the Physiotherapy Room Stability Flexible Body Pole, a powerful tool for dynamic muscle strengthening and rehabilitation. It targets muscles in the shoulders, abdominals, neck, and back. The pole improves stabilization and proprioception, especially for shoulder injuries like rotator cuff tears and arthritis. It reduces pain while boosting shoulder joint stability.
The Stability Body Pole delivers a full-body workout, helping with core strength, toning, and fat loss. Its vibration stimulus causes up to 270 muscle contractions per minute. This activates your entire kinetic chain for fast, effective results.

Directions for Using the Stability Flexible Body Pole
Always grasp the Stability Body Pole by the center handle with one or two hands. Assume the described proper position and move the Body Pole back and forth. With a little encouragement, the ends are designed to “oscillate” or move at a steady rate. The harder you drive (push or pull) the Body Pole the greater the movement of the pole ends. It is recommended that the duration of each exercise is between 30-60 seconds at a time for a total of 30 minutes. Below are a few examples of various shoulder and core stability exercises using the Stability Body Blade. The number of exercises are only limited by your imagination!
