If your battery is no longer charging it may need replacing. It is like any other battery, such as in your smartphone, and will become less efficient with every charge. It is at this point that your battery will start to lose its capacity to hold the charge. If this is the case:

You will have to ship the device to our facility.  The cost of includes  servicing and a installing the new battery.  We will contact you on the cost to ship the item back to you.  The battery must be replaced by a technician to ensure all connectors are correctly located. It is then fully tested before being returned to you.
