Gloria Gilbert

Gloria Gilbert

Gloria Gilbert has been proud to call herself a physiotherapist since
receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy (1967)
from McGill University.
Gloria is credentialed as a Diplomate of The Canadian Academy
of Pain Management and is a Fellow of the Academy of
Integrated Pain Management (formerly the American Academy
of Pain Management). She has served as an Executive member
of CAPM for many years. Gloria is also a member of the Pain
Medicine Scientific Advisory Board at the University of Western Ontario.
In 2002, Gloria obtained a Master of Science degree from
Western. Her research area was on ‘Cervico-cephalic
kinaesthesia in patients with chronic neck pain.
In 2011, Gloria was honoured by the Canadian Physiotherapy
Association with the Lifetime Membership Award for her
commitment and outstanding service to her clients and the
physiotherapy profession.
