Ossur’s Warranty Guarantees the Replacement Power Supply for 6 months!
Össur warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not apply if this product:
- was not purchased from Össur or its authorized dealer;
- has been altered in any way; or
- has not been used in accordance with Össur’s Instructions for Use (IFU).
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, accidents, neglect, misuse, or operation beyond capacity, parts damaged by improper installation, substitution or parts not approved by Össur, or any other alteration or repair by others that, in Össur’s judgment, materially or adversely affects the product or part.
The duration of this Limited Warranty varies by product but is effective from the date of delivery to the purchaser. Össur’s sole obligation under this Limited Warranty is to either repair or replace the product at no charge, or to credit purchaser’s account for the value of the defective product at Össur’s sole discretion. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to [email protected]. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:
- Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within [Insert Time Period, e.g., 5 days] of receiving the item.
- Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify our Customer Service within 5 days for a possible refund or exchange.
- Expired Products: Receiving a product in an expired condition (unless stated and part of a clearance price) warrants a report to our Customer Service within 5 days for potential refund or replacement.
- Legal Requirements: Following applicable laws, any other conditions or circumstances where we are legally required to offer a refund will be honoured.
