• Your name and address. The name on the invoice must match the name on the prescription.
• A general description of the item and the quantity. It must be for the item you are purchasing tax-free.

We review all prescriptions before shipping your purchase out. If the prescription has any issues, we will contact you to clarify the issue.

Richmar’s Warranty Guarantees the their Intensity Units For 1 Year.

The Richmar Intensity Units are fully guaranteed against defects for 2 Years from the date of arrival.  Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.

Richmar works diligently to ensure that the products leaving our factory are free from defects in material and craftsmanship. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:
