• Your name and address. The name on the invoice must match the name on the prescription.
• A general description of the item and the quantity. It must be for the item you are purchasing tax-free.

We review all prescriptions before shipping your purchase out. If the prescription has any issues, we will contact you to clarify the issue.

Richmar’s Warranty Guarantees the their Clinical Equipment For 2 Years.

The Richmar Clinical equipment is fully guaranteed against defects for 2 Years from the date of arrival.  Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.

Richmar works diligently to ensure that the products leaving our factory are free from defects in material and craftsmanship.
