The Orb Extreme is a deep tissue massage ball made by Pro-Tec athletics. Firmer, more prominent bumps than the standard orb, the orb extreme allows focused massage to targeted areas.
Made from a high-density EVA/Polyolefin foam, the Orb is slightly more compact than the standard Orb massaging ball (4.5″ diameter vs 5”) and features firmer, more prominent exterior ridges. This can result in an even more concentrated deep tissue massage for the calves, hamstrings, quads, IT band, and more. The ball’s 360-degree maneuverability also enables the user to focus the treatment evenly across a target zone.
When used regularly as your portable mobility tool, the Orb Extreme can help reduce muscle fatigue and tightness, promote greater flexibility, and aid in athlete recovery times, meaning more time in the gym and better long term results.

I climb and always have tight lats, however bringing a foam roller when traveling is ideal but to big for luggage sometimes. I love this Orb because I can bring it anywhere I go! Easy access to relief when I need it!

Larger than I thought it would be … still really effective at getting in to stubborn areas and use it every day…tennis ball size would be good for small spaces
