All McKenzie products are fully guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of arrival. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to [email protected]. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

Use extra caution when packing for returns to avoid damage. Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for products that have been used or opened (seal broken). If the item has been determined to be used or opened, the item will not be accepted back for return, and you will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to return the item back to you. If we do not hear back regarding returning the product back to you within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item on your behalf.

The McKenzie Early Compliance Lumbar Roll is perfect for those who are petite, or for patients with acute discomfort that cannot tolerate the McKenzie Standard lumbar roll.
In acute cases, the early compliance lumbar roll may be used temporarily until function and mobility are restored. A switch can then be made to the fuller support of the Standard Density McKenzie lumbar roll.
This lumbar roll functions as a standard roll would. By promoting a natural posture in the low back while in a seated position, supporting the lumbar spine and preventing a slouched posture.
The Original McKenzie Early Compliance Lumbar Roll features a non-wrinkle, 100% polyester wick away fabric cover. This roll may be used in the car, at the office, or for use with any seat that does not provide adequate lumbar support. The built in strap secures the lumbar roll to most back chairs and can even be used around the waist. The strap does contain latex.
