All McKenzie products are fully guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of arrival. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to [email protected]. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

Use extra caution when packing for returns to avoid damage. Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for products that have been used or opened (seal broken). If the item has been determined to be used or opened, the item will not be accepted back for return, and you will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to return the item back to you. If we do not hear back regarding returning the product back to you within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item on your behalf.

The standard density roll will work for most people. If you have never used a lumbar roll previously it is usually the first one to try.
The firm density is designed for larger individuals or for people who really want to maintain a maximum lumbar arch with little give. In this case, it would be recommended you use the standard to start with and when you get used to it, move up to the firm lumbar support.

Andrea, we are sorry to hear that. Perhaps the early compliance roll by McKenzie would be a more appropriate lumbar roll to start with. This one is ideal for smaller individuals and people who have very acute , painful backs and cannot tolerate a lot of lumbar extension.

I just wanted to write and thank you for creating the Original McKenzie Lumbar Roll. I suffer from chronic lower back pain due to a herniated disc, and after over a year of physical therapy, exercises, and back support products, the McKenzie roll has been the only thing that alleviates my back pain while sitting. This is my second McKenzie
This is my second McKenzie Lumbar Roll (standard density). It was suggested by my physical therapist, who was helping me with spine derangement syndrome. They even had some at their center. I bought one, and use it at home when sitting. I just bought another to use in our vehicles when riding or driving. I love it!!!!
