All McKenzie products are fully guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of arrival. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to [email protected]. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

Use extra caution when packing for returns to avoid damage. Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for products that have been used or opened (seal broken). If the item has been determined to be used or opened, the item will not be accepted back for return, and you will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to return the item back to you. If we do not hear back regarding returning the product back to you within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item on your behalf.

This support roll is designed to be placed inside the pillowcase, and is compatible with most conventional pillows. Particularly beneficial for those waking with pain or stiffness in the neck or upper extremities.

Wondering if there is a softer neck roll. I am finding the original roll to firm.
Answer: Unfortunately this is the only neck roll McKenzie makes at this time. It is quite soft but the roll still has to be firm enough to support and hold your neck in an optimal position while sleeping.

I purchased this after reading the book about the neck. I looked up the Mackenzie Institute and was able to also read about them. Finding this product hasn’t been life changing. Similar to most cervical supports annd a bit pricier, I purchased to use at night and cannot when I try to fit it into a pillow. I’ve also tried to use alone and just not comfortable. For $30 I probably could have done better!
