All McKenzie products are fully guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of arrival. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to [email protected]. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.
CloseReturned items MUST still be new and unopened (security seal not broken, bag not opened) for a full product credit.
Use extra caution when packing for returns to avoid damage. Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for products that have been used or opened (seal broken). If the item has been determined to be used or opened, the item will not be accepted back for return, and you will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to return the item back to you. If we do not hear back regarding returning the product back to you within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item on your behalf.

The self inflating, portable lumbar support, ideal for travel and those on the go. this support can be adjusted to any type of seat, whether in the car, on a plane, at a ball game, or anywhere you need added lumbar support. Often used as an adjunct with one of the other McKenzie lumbar rolls, allowing for low back support in any situation, without having to transport the larger rolls.
Simply twist the valve to inflate to the desired level in a matter of seconds. To deflate, re-open the valve, roll the AirBack tightly, and close the valve. Being able to deflate the self inflating lumbar support makes it great for travel.
This roll measures 16″ L X 2″ diameter X 8″ H (at tallest point) when fully inflated. When deflated and tightly rolled it measures 8″ L and 3″ diameter.
