All McKenzie products are fully guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of arrival. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to [email protected]. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

Use extra caution when packing for returns to avoid damage. Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for products that have been used or opened (seal broken). If the item has been determined to be used or opened, the item will not be accepted back for return, and you will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to return the item back to you. If we do not hear back regarding returning the product back to you within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item on your behalf.

The Mckenzie SlimLine lumbar support cushion is a slimmer option than other lumbar rolls, working to support the lumbar spine and prevent a slouched posture. Particularly beneficial for those who develop pain in the low back or lower extremities while seated, but cannot tolerate the support from a full sized lumbar roll or cushion. Ideal for individuals who are petite, elderly, or lacking extension in the lumbar spine.
The SlimLine Lumbar Support features a crescent moon shape, with flat edge to rest against the seat. It includes a non-wrinkle, moisture wicking, 100% polyester removable cover. This roll may be used in the car, at the office, or for use with any seat that does not provide adequate lumbar support. The built in strap secures the lumbar roll to most back chairs and can even be used around the waist. The strap does contain latex.
The SlimLine measures approximately 34cm L x 6cm D x 20cm H (13½” L x 2½” D x 8″ H).

Great in car
I have used one of these in two different cars which did not have good lumbar support in the drivers seat. It made a big improvement in being comfortable vs. feeling back discomfort after driving for about half an hour or more. Makes a big difference on long drives. Overall, a low cost improvement vs. more expensive model car seat. It is softer than the regular McKenzie lumbar roll, and for me, was a better choice for the car. The foam can become twisted inside the cover after a while, but it is easy just to unzip the cover and straighten the foam inside. It is washable.
