McKenzie’s Warranty Guarantees Its Products For 30 days!

All McKenzie products are fully guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of arrival.  Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.

Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to [email protected]. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:

• Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within [Insert Time Period, e.g., 5 days] of receiving the item.
• Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify our Customer Service within 5 days for a possible refund or exchange.

• Legal Requirements: Following applicable laws, any other conditions or circumstances where we are legally required to offer a refund will be honoured.
