    I have three of his books now. I find the McKenzie Method really helpful.

    I’m a long time arthritic, active in cycling, hiking, resistance training, hockey, etc. I found the Mckenzie method informative but a bit novice for where I’m at and how long I’ve been managing both hip and knee pain.
