Chattanooga’s Warranty Guarantees the Tx Traction Unit For 2 Years.
The Tx Traction unit is fully guaranteed against defects for 2 Years from the date of arrival. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please register your device at Chattanooga for your warranty. click this link – Chattanooga Warranty Registration to register your device.
Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to [email protected]. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.
