Use these Weeble boards to increase proprioception, and improves sports performance and active living. Each of Weeble Board acts independently and can be used to increase the difficulty of exercises such as squats or push-ups.

Returned items MUST still be new and unopened (security seal not broken, bag not opened) for a full product credit.
Use extra caution when packing for returns to avoid damage. Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for products that have been used or opened (seal broken). If the item has been determined to be used or opened, the item will not be accepted back for return, and you will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to return the item back to you. If we do not hear back regarding returning the product back to you within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item on your behalf.

Each of the Weeble Boards acts independently and can be used to increase the difficulty of exercises such as squats or push-ups.
Pair of 11″ diameter boards with 3 angles of tilt. High-quality birch plywood construction. Non-slip grip tape standing surface. This product has potential for extreme ROM and is not suitable for deconditioned users. This is a great balance board to start with for anyone who is not fully confident in their balance. Remember to keep your head up and eyes looking in front of you! Improved balance & coordination Heightened sense of body awareness Increased core strength & stability Improved strength and flexibility of knee and ankle muscles and ligaments.
