All Franklin products are fully guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of arrival. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to [email protected]. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.
CloseReturned items must be in excellent and/or unused condition for full product credit. Use extra caution when packing for returns to avoid damage. Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for products with markings, stickers or torn pages. If the original packaging or instructions are missing or damaged, or if the items are not in ‘like new’ condition, packed in a secondary box, a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your refund.

This pair of Franklin Method fascia massage balls features a firm density that provides a deeper release of tension in the feet and other tight areas of the body.
The Franklin Firm Fascia Ball Set includes a pair of massage balls for more deeply relieving tension and tight fascia. Their small size makes them perfect for foot massage, helping to lessen and prevent pain associated with plantar fasciitis.
The balls can also be used on other small areas, such as the forearms, neck, shoulders or glutes to provide deep, targeted relief of trigger points and soothe sore muscles. They are ideal for use with Franklin Method exercises as well as general massage therapy.
