The ’emerald green’ Franklin Textured Ball Set sports a new design and texture that activate the relaxation reflexes of the muscles.
Designed to facilitate the exercises of the Franklin Method. Balls are the ideal density and size for relaxation exercises of the feet, neck, jaw, elbow, hip and more. The honeycomb surface helps train perception and also provides a pleasant massage.
Franklin Balls come partially inflated but the specialized needle inflating pump which is specifically designed for these balls are required to adjust firmness (sold separately).
