Returned items must be in excellent and/or unused condition for full product credit. Use extra caution when packing for returns to avoid damage. Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for products with markings, stickers or torn pages. If the original packaging or instructions are missing or damaged, or if the items are not in ‘like new’ condition, packed in a secondary box, a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your refund.

I can’t really recommend this product. It is made for both a right and left hand which is likely part of the problem as it doesn’t fit well at all. I order the small and it is still extremely large with lots of extra fabric on the back of the hand.
