Returned items MUST still be new and unopened (security seal not broken, bag not opened) for a full product credit.
Use extra caution when packing for returns to avoid damage. Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for products that have been used or opened (seal broken). If the item has been determined to be used or opened, the item will not be accepted back for return, and you will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to return the item back to you. If we do not hear back regarding returning the product back to you within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item on your behalf.

With these adjustable ankle/wrist weights you can easily vary the resistance to suit your needs. The cuff consists of individual pockets with Velcro closures. Separate weights slide into the pockets.
Wrist and ankle weight cuffs are an excellent means of applying resistance to the upper and lower extremities. These very high quality weights are made with the highest grade materials. Locally made in Canada. They are covered in soft expanded vinyl, sewn in vertical pockets to provide flexibility and comfort when wrapped around the wrist or ankle. Extra long Velcro straps make it easy to put the weight on and off, yet ensure a snug fit. These weights are filled with tiny steel shot which is sealed in poly pouches to prevent any leakage under even the heaviest use. A brass grommet provides a convenient means of hanging the weights up for storage.

It’s awesome that the small & varying weighted pouches for the individual compartments really makes a difference if you don’t have the strength for the full 20lb per ankle weight. Much better systems than other weights which uses the bars which can fall on you (I’ve had this pair with the bars) if you are in a certain position (think of laying leg raises for your abs) good material you can clean! Expensive but they last you forever!
