The Star Balance System gives you the tools you need to bring objective balance assessment into your practice.  The extensively researched Star Excursion Balance Test is a simple 8-point single leg reach test that provides quantitative evidence of a subject’s balance ability that can be visualized as a web-diagram and used as a communication tool to engage your clients in their rehab/training.  A larger and more symmetric web-diagram indicates better balance – it’s that simple.  The Star Balance Training Mat eliminates the setup and maintenance burdens associated with the original ‘tape-on-the-floor’ SEBT method, providing a simple tool that occupies 10% of the clinic space of the traditional test.  Additionally, its familiar ‘yoga-mat’ form allows it to be rolled up and taken on-the-go or stored out of the way when not in use.
