All OPTP products are fully guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of arrival. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to [email protected]. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

Returned items must be in excellent and/or unused condition for full product credit. Use extra caution when packing for returns to avoid damage. Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for products with markings, stickers or torn pages. If the original packaging or instructions are missing or damaged, or if the items are not in ‘like new’ condition, packed in a secondary box, a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your refund.

Wrist Restore Stability Wrist Support is a Non-slip wrist support that offers impressive bilateral support. While allowing greater mobility than most wrist braces and carpal tunnel braces.
Many wrist supports offer fair stability, but their basic design inhibits easy mobility of the wrist, decreasing the willingness of the patient to obtain and use treatment for an unstable wrist.
The patented Wrist Restore™, designed by the International Academy of Orthopaedic Medicine (IAOM-US), features a uniquely molded support that, together with the bilateral compressive force of the two proximal straps, establishes control of scaphoid-lunate and triquetro-lunate joint complexes.
The remarkable bilateral support, combined with the distinct mold allows more mobility because it only controls the movement patterns of the proximal carpal row. In addition, the proximal straps, together with the anti-slip material on the inside of the sleeve, prevent the brace from sliding upward on the wrist.

Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Line dry or lay flat to dry. DO NOT USE HOT WATER. DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR TUMBLE DRY.

Hello, I am pretty happy with this device. The Velcro on it got pretty fuzzy after only a couple times of use, making it hard to undue with my left hand. I like that it doesn’t extend into fingers making it good to use for kitchen work. Nice and light and can wear it 6 hours for work offering support for a healing broken wrist.

Originally my Physiotherapist told me of this website that sold a wrist brace that might help my wrist injury. She said it would be a 3 to 12 month recovery for my particular injury. I ordered 2 braces that she said would suit my situation. One was this Wrist Restore that looked more robust than the other one. I’ve worn it now for about three months and it does a great job stabilizing my wrist and discouraging me from bending it the way that causes pain. I decided to order another one so that when I wash one I wouldn’t have to wait for it to dry and simply wear the second one. I did but when Canada Post said it had been delivered, but I had not received it, I contacted the Physio Store to explain my problem. They immediately, without any questions or hassle sent me another brace, which I have received and am using. My experience says it all. The Physio Store is ‘top notch in my books’.
