Bill was very helpful on the phone when I called to inquire whether a walking cast boot would be suitable for me. He assured me I could return it, if it wasn't satisfactory. So I had nothing to lose. Hi, the 2 stars are for the person who tried to help me find my parcel and gave me a refund for my parcel that the courier lost .I wanted to buy Canadian but the courier lost it. How can you lose a parcel when they have your full address and name. So untill small Canadian companies get their act together and hire good couriers I will keep buying from Amazon I ordered my braces and had them 2 days later.,

First time to order online at Physio store for a self inflating airback ( McKensie Original) item was well packaged and timely delivery. Regarding the self inflating airback, fully satisfied after using and testing it several times before I wrote this review to make my claim more authentic. It sure does self inflates and provides lumbar support.

Purchased a Breg Polar Wave unit with knee pad on a Friday for a total knee replacement the next Tuesday. We live over an hour away, we I tried the unit Friday afternoon, it leaked at the pad connector. Phone the store, Bill caught right back to me and asked for a short video showing the leak. Connected me later and said a new pad would be on my door step Sunday or Monday, arrived Monday morning! Great Service!! Unit works great and it really does reduce the pain and swelling. Honestly such a great experience. I reached out online and they scheduled a call with a physiotherapist to help me pick a few different items based on my particular concerns. The prices were more competitive than my local stores, and the shipment arrived quickly after we sorted everything out. They were also very helpful and made sure that the receipt had all the information I needed to claim it through my insurance.I will definitely be a return customer!
I had questions about the product that I wanted to buy (a foam half round.) The staff person was very knowledgable and I was able to determine that they carried what I wanted. The parcel arrived quickly as well. The half round is perfect. I had a bad experience in the past buying one that was too hard and I was not able to return it.
