• A general description of the item and the quantity. It must be for the item you are purchasing tax-free.

We review all prescriptions before shipping your purchase out. If the prescription has any issues, we will contact you to clarify the issue.

Amoena Guarantees their Bras & Textiles for 3 Months!

If an Amoena textile product (bras or swimwear) is found to be defective or un-sellable due to a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced with the same or similar product at no charge. (Within 3 months of date of purchase from The Physio Store Inc.)

Definitions of “Textile Manufacturing Defects” include:

• Separation of seams
• Defective construction of lace or fabric
• Stitching defects (knots, uneven, loose)
• Damaged or missing hardware (slides, stays, hooks/eyes)
• Wrong label sewn in the bra
• Twisted straps

Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.

Please send photos of the defect to [email protected], along with the data/matrix/lot# (a series of numbers found on one of the bra tag, where care instructions are found).

We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will ship a replacement.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:

• Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within [Insert Time Period, e.g., 5 days] of receiving the item.
• Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify our Customer Service within 5 days for a possible refund or exchange.
• Expired Products: Receiving a product in an expired condition (unless stated and part of a clearance price) warrants a report to our Customer Service within 5 days for potential refund or replacement.
• Legal Requirements: Following applicable laws, any other conditions or circumstances where we are legally required to offer a refund will be honoured.
