Returned items must be in excellent and/or unused condition for full product credit. Use extra caution when packing for returns to avoid damage. Law labels and identification labels must remain on all products for credit. Credit cannot be issued for products with markings, stickers or torn pages. If the original packaging or instructions are missing or damaged, or if the items are not in ‘like new’ condition, packed in a secondary box, a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your refund.

The Skinloc lining helps to keep it from moving and additional straps allow you to adjust the level of tension and the back of the knee is open to make it more comfortable. The low profile design is both comfortable and effective for athletics and everyday wear.
The MedSpec DynaTrack Plus knee brace is available in both neoprene, as well as, a breathable CoolFlex alternative that’s perfect for use in hot, humid environments.
The MedSpec DynaTrack Plus Patella Stabilizer is a great choice to aid in the treatment of patella femoral dysfunction. The knee brace provides excellent patella stabilization and added medial/lateral support with the addition of semi-rigid thermoplastic hinges on the sides for enhanced joint protection. The flexible hinges mold to the shape of the knee and can be removed easily for use as the previous generation DynaTrack if desired.
The DynaTrack Plus Patella Stabilizer features a dynamic buttress design that can apply either a medially directed or a laterally directed force against the kneecap to improve patella tracking and reduce pain.

The Dynatrack Plus Patella Stabilizer is available in two different base materials: Neoprene and CoolFlex™. The neoprene version provides warmth and superior compression. The CoolFlex version is breathable, lightweight and hypoallergenic. All MedSpec braces are latex free.

Dynamic Buttress System
Patented buttress design applies continuous pressure to the patella during full range of motion of the knee. The straps originating from the buttress allow you to easily adjust the level of tension. The buttress makes direct contact with the patella and is lined with Skinloc material to prevent migration.
